Sith Inquisitor Assassin Builds

Sith Inquisitors in SWTOR can become one of two advanced classes at level 10, a Sith Assassin (DPS / Tank Class) or a Sith Sorcerer (DPS / Healer). The Sith Assassin uses a double bladed light saber they use to do impressive melee damage. The assassin class also make good tanks, they are more of an avoidance based tank but do make use of their force skills and shields to tank. Assassins have three trees to choose talents from: Darkness (DPS tree), Deception (DPS tree) and Madness (a shared DPS tree shared with the Sith Sorcerer Class).

Changes made to the Sith Assassin class in patch 1.2:
•Deflection's effects are now more noticeable.
•Electrocute's visual effects now occur more quickly after activation.
•Energize's effect now triggers a sound effect when it occurs.
•Force Lightning now correctly plays its sound effects when the initial application of damage kills the target.
•Force Slow visual effects now begin and end at the correct times.
•The Sacrifice ability has been removed from the Sith Inquisitor class. A similar ability can now be unlocked through the Legacy System.
•Mass Mind Control: Updated this tooltip to correctly state that the ability does not break stealth. The ability's functionality has not changed.
Madness
•Death Field no longer heals the caster if no targets are hit.
•Raze's activation effects are now more visible.

- This is a high DPS Build for use against squishy targets. On most fights the above assassin build will do more DPS.
- This is the most common PVP build being used by Sith Assassins.
